By using MealMateBuddy you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MealMateBuddy is a meal-planning service that suggests dinner recipes, weekly plans and shopping lists based on your preferences and pantry.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or use the service with a guardian's consent.
All recipes, images, instructions and related content available in MealMateBuddy are owned by the operator of MealMateBuddy. The content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the recipes for your own private, non-commercial cooking at home. No ownership or broader rights are transferred to you.
You may not download, copy, scrape, republish, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any recipe content, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Automated extraction is prohibited.
You retain ownership of the preferences, pantry entries, ratings and other data you create. You grant MealMateBuddy a license to process this data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Premium features are provided as a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
MealMateBuddy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms. We will notify significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
